1.Structural Characteristics
Oil pump is a kind of volume style impeller pump,it consists of stator rotor, impeller,
commutator, mechanical seal,pump cover etc, the stator is column style, outside is very
smooth, the rotor is also column style, outside, outside is very smooth, the rotor has radial
sheet impeller is fitted in impeller slot, pump closesin the lid cover pump housing.
2.Working Principle
The stator and rotor are bias assemble.when rotor rotating under centrifugal function the
impeller skids outside, and compress stator inside.then the stator inside, the impeller and
lid compose a close working chamber.because the stator and rotor are bias assembling,in
very working chaviter during the rotor rotating with expansion and compression process.
when expansion it causes negative pressure, so it suct oil from oil inlet, when compression
it causes prevent colluding pressure, so it deliver from oil outlet.between oil inlet and oil
outlet, there is a close oil chamber for isolation.
3.Applications
This pump can be widely used in medium pressure circumtance,it is compact,reliable,low
noise and big in flow. |
